EMS Makina is aware that corporate information is extremely important for both itself and its stakeholders. For this reason, it has established a living and constantly developing Information Security System that adheres to the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard.

EMS, by applying the Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard; ensured and secured the existence, integrity, confidentiality and accessibility of all information in the asset inventory.

In Information Security System activities;

Continuity and continuous improvement in risk analysis and processes,
Full compliance with the laws and contractual terms with third parties,
Ensure that its own personnel are also a part of this system, and maximize their effective participation in ISMS and their compliance with awareness and security requirements,
Aim and undertake to minimize information security breach incidents and to turn the experience gained from these incidents into opportunities.

As EMS Makina, we will renew our OHS policy in line with the conditions and developments of the day, and we will follow the chain of applications mentioned below for its continuous development.

In line with this goal;

We create a sustainable Occupational Health and Safety policy and provide the necessary regulations in this direction.
We ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and legal requirements in the activities carried out in the organization.
We provide the necessary updates considering the changing and developing conditions in the activities, and while providing these updates, we primarily consider the opinions and suggestions of our employees.
We take protective and preventive measures to minimize the dangers that may occur during the establishment activities for its employees and visitors.
We determine the risks related to Occupational Health and Safety hazards arising from the activities of the organization and outside the workplace and determine the necessary actions to keep these risks under control by bringing them to acceptable levels.
We periodically organize the necessary training activities for the organization to be adopted and implemented by the employees and visitors.

We ensure that regular internal and external audits are carried out to ensure the continuity of the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. We undertake to periodically review the determined KPIs (key performance indicators) and to improve them continuously and thus to prevent near misses, injuries and occupational diseases.

EMS Makina accepts the protection of the environment, continuous improvement, effective use of natural resources, full compliance with the law and prevention of pollution, reduction and separation of the wastes generated during its activities at the source, recycling and disposal with the most appropriate methods, as the basis of its environmental policy in all its activities.

Within the framework of this policy, undertakes and declares;

– To organize training activities in order to raise awareness of our employees, all 3rd party companies and related parties on environmental protection,

– To use appropriate technology to keep the possible effects on the environment under control and to minimize it,

– To continuously improve environmental performance by following and complying with legal, international legislation and customer requirements in order to prevent environmental pollution,
